E.A.T.

Over the years I have gotten a lot of satisfaction from recommending all sorts of favorite things to people. But E.A.T., a local restaurant in Temecula, California takes the cake (pun intended) when it comes to the number of people who have gotten back to me with rave reviews about the eatery. Virtually every single person I have told about this unique dining experience, with its locally inspired organic produce and meats and wines from Temecula Valley, have become regular patrons of the restaurant. And I’m sure they’ll be happy to hear about all the exciting news including “Friday Night Eats” featuring a 3-course, prix fixe dinner that includes (yes, I said “includes”!!) tasting of 5 local wines and beer!!! Holy cow, how can they even do that for that price!!! (Please note, it is no coincidence I am using lots of exclamation points here. It’s impossible to write about E.A.T. without them.)

If you want to have a very special meal, created by extremely passionate people, you’d better get to E.A.T. while you can. I’ve watched this place evolve since inception at a very steady, obviously well-thought-out pace and I have been saying all along that this restaurant is going to be huge someday! How could it not be, with its standard of quality and emphasis on all the recent buzz words in the culinary world such as: organic, gluten and lactose-free, artisan, paleo, grass-fed, farm-to-table, local, vegan, and of course, vegetarian. You will find it all at E.A.T.

Oh, and I should mention, I have also used their catering company for events and plan to do so again and again in the future. If you want something different, just give them free reign and let them perform their magic for your special event.

I could go on and on about this place. But it’s lunchtime and I think I’ll head on over to E.A.T.

Set aside a few minutes of your time to take a look at their website. You’ll find information on all their upcoming events, including unique cooking, and even coffee roasting classes.
