Armory Park Inn

Since I was already quite familiar with Armory Park Inn, I knew what to expect. But I was still surprised.

Our group of 7 women arrived at the inn to the most warm and special welcome. I won’t go into too many details here as I always hope people will experience things through their own eyes and senses without too much influence from my words. But I will say the food, full breakfast, and every 5 o’clock Armory Hour are quite the culinary experience at this beautiful historic inn just 5-minute walk from downtown Tucson. 2 minutes if you opt to borrow one of the inn’s cruisers.

The inn is absolutely gorgeous. Hospitality is fantastic. The food is the best I have had at an inn in the United States (besides 3-star Michelin The Inn at Little Washington). The location could not be better.

Owner Amy Draper thought of every possible detail when she created this gem. You will want for nothing while staying at Armory Park Inn and you’ll feel truly pampered! (We did Yoga every morning with mats provided by the inn, of course. Be sure to check out the fitness room. There’s a Peloton!)

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you plan a visit. I have lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. Better yet, call Amy. She’s a WEALTH of information! Be sure to ask her about being an 8.5th generation Tucsonan!

Awwww!!! Thank you thank you for this rave review! You know better than anyone that it wouldn’t be a gem without you and your hard work, inspiration, knowledge, love and support! There’s a little bit of you in everything we do!!!

This was one of the loveliest places I have ever stayed. Every detail was well thought out from the amenities, beds with wonderful sheets, hairdryers, furnishings in every room and the wonderful scent when you walk in the front door. Amy, the owner, is so warm and welcoming. You will not want to leave!
